GUIDELINES FOR IN-CAMPUS PART-TIME JOB

 

  • Students cannot claim the right to avail of part-time jobs.
  • Students have to sign an agreement to avail of the part-time job facility.
  • Students need to undergo an intensive training on dignity of labour and work ethics before becoming eligible for the part-time job.
  • All rates of wages will be made available depending on the type and availability of jobs.
  • The stipends will be first adjusted with the tuition fees on a monthly basis and if any remaining will be handed over to the students.
  • All part-time job students need to purchase a special T-shirt.
  • No classes or any kind of academic, co-curricular, or extra-curricular activities should be hampered because of the part-time job.
  • Part-time jobs will be made available only from 2nd semester onwards.
  • The duration of the part-time jobs will depend on the satisfactory outcome of the part-timer students.
  • Continuation and or change of part-time jobs will depend on the availability and on prior application only. Note that the academic performance will be given a priority for the selection process.
  • The college reserves the right to offer or reject any application for the part-time job.
  • The availability of part-time jobs will be updated on a regular basis.
