At Mount Mary College, Chümoukedima, the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) serves as a pivotal body in promoting and sustaining excellence in all aspects of institutional functioning. Established in line with quality assurance frameworks recommended for higher education institutions, the IQAC is committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement in academic, administrative, and co-curricular processes. It works collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, and stakeholders to develop quality benchmarks, enhance teaching-learning outcomes, strengthen feedback mechanisms, and support effective documentation and evaluation practices. Through planning, monitoring, and supporting strategic quality enhancement initiatives, the IQAC plays a key role in helping the college achieve its goals of excellence, accountability, and sustained growth in alignment with national quality assurance standards
