The scope of Quality Management System of Mount Mary College covers all areas of management, administrative, academic and support services which have an impact on the quality of services being provided.

THREE YEARS DEGREE COURSE

The college offers undergraduate programmes in Arts & Commerce. According to the present syllabus and N.U examination system, examinations are conducted on semester basis i.e. for BA/B.com/B.Sc. I, II, III, IV, V & VI semester respectively.

AFFILIATION & COURSE

The College is affiliated to Nagaland University and will initially provide Bachelor Degree courses in Arts , Commerce & Science Streams as per the curriculum and the syllabus prescribed.

1. ADMISSION NOTICE

3rd May : Issue of Prospectus & Admission forms
15th May : Last Date of Submission
15th – 18th May : Admission
20th May : Orientation Day
21st May : Classes Begins

2. ACADEMIC SESSION

Summer / Fall Session : May to October, I, III, V Semester.
Winter / Spring Session : November to April, II,IV,VI Semester

3. ADMISSION PROCEDURE

An admission committee comprising of teaching faculty drawn from various department selects the students for admission from among the applicants seeking admission. The committee scrutinizes the applicant and selection is done on the basis of personal interview and past academic performance.

4. REQUIRED DOCUMENT

1. HSLC Admit Card, Mark sheet, Pass certificate. (2 set self-attested)

2. HSSLC Admit Card, Mark sheet, Pass certificate & Character certificate(2 set self-attested)

3. Passport size (3.5cm x 3.5cm) recent color photograph (2 nos.)

4. Students passing HSSLC or equivalent examination from Boards other than NBSE, if admitted shall have to produce MIGRATION CERTIFICATE from respective Boards.

5. Those students applying for admission after a Gap of one year or more after passing last examination should produce a GAP CERTIFICATE from the institution last attended or from a gazette officer personally known to him/her as per the given format (Annexure-A)
